BIOGRAPHY
Chris Sunfield is a new artist, but not so new. He quietly wrote songs in obscurity for decades while doing something else for a living. A period of adversity changed everything. It forced him to focus on music as a way of coping and led to his re-invention as a recording artist. Eventually, the singles The Little Things, Predator, and Don’t Kill Me were released.

Chris writes all lyrics, music, and arrangements for other instruments. He sings vocals, plays all guitars, and sometimes plays bass and keyboards.
LATEST RELEASE
Chris’s new EP Far Away Objects dropped on all platforms on January 28, 2022. The four songs on the EP are lush, symphonic pop suites with baroque and ambient textures. Guitars intermingle with analog synths, string quartets, synthetic choirs, and angelic female backing vocals. Lyrically, Far Away Objects is a concept EP, exploring themes of living authentically and realizing one’s potential, while accepting that achievements are often gained at the expense of intimacy.
Far Away Objects is an existential and cosmological journey, as well as a clarion call to listeners to live authentically and realize their full potential before it’s too late.
